Hannity: I’d Vote for Palin in a Heartbeat/Thursday Open Thread

Mr. L: Palin, David, Goliath, and the five stones.

Here’s the Rita Crosby interview with Bannon that was linked the other day.

Bannon’s Blogger’s Briefing in You Tube form. Pass the You Tube link around.

And this is hilarious. A caller won’t vote for Palin because she had a TV show.

Drill, baby….

Who will leave first, Weiner or Rollins?

Three Dem Fleebagers to face recall elections.

I rode down to Madison with the Republican who turned Democrat to be a spoiler in a Wisconsin recall election.

    My Dear Friends in Sarah,

    Happy Thursday to you all!!

I can only stay very briefly today.  I am planning to present the commentary on the next page of Going Rogue either tomorrow (Friday) or Monday.  Beyond this, I plan vigorously to advance the work this summer.  The pages of our Sarah’s precious book encompass so many gems of beauty and truth and inspiration for all of us!!  Also, I have certainly not forgotten the essay on "Why Sherlock Holmes Would Have Loved Sarah Palin" that I promised a few months ago!

Garrett Leon Hawkins, I did finally read the splendid and moving initial post that you made last Thursday, one week ago.  I am sorry that I was so late and so long in reading it, but I loved it, I "liked" it, I responded to it!!!  Welcome aboard!

This early morning my heart is filled with sentiments of gratitude for all that Lady Sarah has done and suffered for us.

I think that she has been following, lo all these many months and years, the simple commandment of the Lord "Love Thy Neighbor."

What return, then, shall we make to her for all that she has generously and nobly and selflessly done and endured and sacrificed for us?

Let us "light candles" for her; let us kindle such a multitude of these candles that they shall rival, in their royal effulgence and brilliance and majesty, the splendid Northern Lights, the luminous Aurora Borealis, and bring down countless blessings upon her, and through her, upon all our nation!

Let us light a candle for her by giving yet again, as generously as our circumstances permit, to SarahPAC.

Let us light a candle for her by speaking up and defending her whenever we have the chance, by word, by “pen,” by action.

Let us light a candle for her by sending aloft that extra prayer for her each morning and each evening, by making that extra sacrifice for her.

Let us light a candle for her by NEVER taking her for granted, never taking her beauty and charity of mind and of soul and of guts and of courage for granted.

Let us light a candle for her by striving to love our country in the way that she does.

Let us light a candle for her by laboring, each of us in our own way, each according to our own capacities and circumstances, to imitate her deep and abiding love for “Family, Faith, and Flag.”

Let us so light candles for our Sarah that the darkness of this present hour shall yield to Aurora’s dawning glimmer and glory of a new "morning in America"!!!

    God bless you all always!

I shall see you either tomorrow or Monday.

    SARAH 2012!!!!

Sarah Palin: Another “WTF” Obama Foreign Policy Moment

    June 9, 2011

As Governor I fought the Obama Administration’s plans to cut funds for missile defense in Alaska. So imagine how appalled and surprised I was to read this article by former Clinton CIA Director James Woolsey, appropriately titled “Giving Away the Farm,” concerning President Obama’s latest bizarre actions relating to missile defense.

President Obama wants to give Russia our missile defense secrets because he believes that we can buy their friendship and cooperation with this taxpayer-funded gift. But giving military secrets and technologies to a rival or competitor like Russia is just plain dumb. You can’t buy off Russia. And giving them advanced military technology will not create stability. What happens if Russia gives this technology (or sells it!) to other countries like Iran or China? After all, as Woolsey points out, Russia helped Iran with its missile and nuclear programs. Or what happens if an even more hardline leader comes to power in the Kremlin?

We tried buying off the Kremlin with technologies in the 1970s. That policy was a component of “detente,” and the hope was that if we would share our technologies with them, they would become more peaceful. Things, of course, didn’t work out that way. The Kremlin took western technologies and embarked on a massive military building program. History teaches that peace comes from American military strength. And a central component of that has always been technological superiority. Why would President Obama even dream of giving this away?

Members of Congress saw how foolish President Obama’s gambit was, so they put a section in the defense appropriation bill that specifically forbids the federal government from spending money to share these technologies with the Kremlin. President Obama actually threatened to veto the defense appropriation bill over this section of the law! Fortunately, the House passed the bill with a veto-proof majority, a whopping 322 to 96. Attention now turns to the Senate.

Why is it that President Obama seems to work so hard to give things to our enemies, while at the same time asking friends and allies like Israel to make sacrifices?

During these tough economic times when we are facing massive deficits and a competitive global economy, does President Obama really want to give away technologies that the American taxpayer paid lots of money to develop? Giving away our missile defense secrets won’t make us safer. What it will do is create a situation where we are facing an arms race with ourselves. Russia gets access to our technologies, and we are forced to spend even more money because of the need to stay ahead. Does this make sense to you? Me neither. File this under “WTF”.

obama is either a fool or a traitor.  I am inclined to the latter!!

      • Anonymous

        Good Morning Brianus/others,

        Of Barak Hussien Obama:
I am inclined to say both Fool and a Traitor.   If I am a fool in my personal life I am being traitorous to the Grace and good gifts that God has given to me.

        • Anonymous

Good point, Minnesota.  This man, obama, certainly could have used the gifts God gave him in a far different way than he has.  However, if he had so employed his gifts, he would not be "president" today, but would be laboring away, probably, in some obscure place and job.

          Evil has its rewards!

    Another “WTF” Obama Foreign Policy
    Moment

by Sarah Palin on Thursday, June 9,

    http://www.facebook.com/notes/sarah-palin/another-wtf-obama-foreign-policy-moment/10150203463153435

Krauthammer was on BOR a couple of nights ago moaning over the fact that some republicans are continuing to say bad things about Weiner.  He said the man was down, and it isn’t nice to kick him well he’s down.  This coming from a man who will kick Palin every minute of every day if he is asked to do so.

    • Anonymous

Well, he didn’t hesitate to kick her in the face and write her obituary when she resigned.

Moreover, if people go on "kicking" this disgraceful Congressman, it’s because he hasn’t resigned. If he had done the right thing – something he seems incapable of – nobody would talk about him now…

Also, the last couple of days there have been some reminders in the form of articles in the press of just how this Member of Congress got his start in political life twenty years ago, and as you may imagine — it ain’t pretty.

Krauthammer uses a wheelchair ’cause he too f*#@ing stupid to walk.

      • Anonymous

No, he is paralyzed.  I know he is a complete a$$, but let’s not say things about his disability.
Let’s stick to what he says, shall we?

        • Anonymous

Thank you, RightMom. I find these kind of attacks as inappropriate as those on Trig’s DS.

          • Anonymous

I wouldn’t wish anyone paralysis. I’m not glad Krauthammer’s in a wheelchair. He simply is. He is not an innocent child. He is a shill for the same establishment that has been destroying America for 50+ years. He uses words to destroy those who would seek to dismantle the destructive establishment for which he shills. He is not particularly concerned with the accuracy of his statements or the negative personal effects his statements may have, just so long as his words serve his purpose. That’s pretty much where I stand, and that’s pretty much where I’d sit if I couldn’t stand.

            • Anonymous

cookboy, you are an excellent poster here, I’m usually very appreciative of what you write, but my point is simple:

Whatever you have to say about CK, leave his disability out of it, period.

It’s beneath you, beneath this blog, beneath SP, and you know it.

            • Anonymous

Attack his statements, ideology, hyprocrisy and his behavior, not his paralysis.

      • Anonymous

        Um,  that’s not really nice.

I don’t agree with Krauthammer but I don’t wish anyone to be in a wheelchair or to be glad anyone is.

        • Anonymous

It’s not very nice for the right fielder to throw out the runner trying to score from third on a sacrifice fly. Doesn’t stop him from trying.

          • Anonymous

Stop digging that hole, man. Whatever CK has to say, it doesn’t justify what you wrote. Erase it and let’s move on.

      • Anonymous

That’s uncalled for.  No matter what you think of Krauthammer opinions, the man is physically paralyzed and can’t walk. Speaking of his disibility in such a way is not only demeaning, it’s totally unnacceptable and I can’t believe you said something so rude.

If someone said something so horrid about Trig Palin (too retarded to see straight since he needs glasses) we’d be all over them since making fun of someones physical disability, that they have NO control over, is out of bounds.

      • Anonymous

        This is a fail. Reset.

    • Anonymous

Not only has CK been infected with a severe strain of the newest and most virulent form of the DS virus that he himself had identified and wanted to quarantine years ago, he’s beginning to develop a schizoid complex strangely similar to O’s.

It won’t do to ask him to leave the room. What’s called for is a special psychiatric facility equipped to handle and to study contagious mental conditions.

    • Anonymous

There you go … Krauthammer would rather defend a liberal Democrat than defend a "fellow conservative" when accused of mass murder.  Not only that, where are the admonishments of his lying press conference, while Palin was criticized for having the temerity to defend herself against the blood libel.

Not like we all didn’t know this, but it just cements the notion of the fraud that Krauthammer is.

My goal would be to take away all his "credibility" as a "conservative commentator."  Believe it or not, there are some out there who still cite this guy as some gifted oracle.

      • Anonymous

Kraut is not now and never has been a conservative.  He has a few conservative leanings, but he is a liberal democrat on most issues and he always picks democrats or establishment republicans as being the brightest and best.  He has disdain for conservatives and the Tea Party.  We are the great ‘unwashed" in his view.

        • Anonymous

Kraut was Walter Mondale’s speech writer; what else do we expect?  I’ve read his sour pettiness toward Palin stems from the complete shellacking Ronald Reagan gave Mondale in 1984

Does Kraut still believe the American public should be disarmed?   He used to have a big problem with the 2nd Amendment.

    • Anonymous

Not quite. He is in a wheelchair. Wrong metaphor for this venue.

Bachmann is done…. I question her motives… if the person you have thought long and hard about and hire to run the most important campaign of your political life immediately attacks the person and her followers that you need to win…. Just think about it.
I am starting to come to agreement with Sheya and Tammy Bruce that this is for real and that Bachmann is going to be the attack dog for Romney while "he lays low until the fall" and attacks Sarah – his only true competitor – with the reward of VP or some substantive Federal position in 2013. That actually makes sense.
Otherwise, Bachmann is an idiot for hiring Rollins. And as they tell us, Bachmann is serious and really really smart… right?

  • Anonymous

Hey, Einstein.  When you run as V.P, you have to support your running mate’s positions.  Get lost.

  • Anonymous

I’ll explain it, your a lyin’ troll that will believe anything if it tries to make Palin look bad. To sum it up….get bent.

  • Anonymous

These are the facts. Michele Bachmann made Ed Rollins a very important part of her team. Like everyone else involved in politics, she knew he is a bomb thrower who had already attacked Governor Palin. She hired Rollins after he had also attacked Bachmann as not being a potential serious presidential candidate. As an important member of Bachmann’s team, Rollins makes a harsh, dishonest attack on Palin. Bachmann does not fire Rollins or even repudiate his attack.

These facts lead to only one conclusion that makes any sense: Bachmann is a stalking horse for the Republican establishment whose goal is stop Palin. They want to prevent Palin from running and, if they cannot do that, defeat her. However, these disgusting, dishonest losers will fail.

It’s ambiguous, of course, but she could just as well be referring to the slogan "Win The Future!" as to the common acronym (BO’s notion of "WTF" in this case evincing a family resemblance to unilateral disarmament) — so I’m not particularly concerned, though I’m looking forward to the attempts by the media to make this into the next scandale du jour.

Good Morning, all Sarah Warriors! Still basking in my Bruins win last night.

From my late last night post, the more people see Romney, the more people hate him. Check out his Mon./Tues CNN ratings. Further, the only people that like him are over 65 years old.

Numbers are in for part 2 of the CNN/Romneycare pier Morgan Tuesday interview. Romney shed 123,000 viewers from Monday nights interview and 26,000 viewers from the important 25-54 age group.

    http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.c

    6/6 9PM 695,000 tot viewers  187,000 (25-54) Part 1 Romneycare

    6/7 9PM 572,000 tot viewers   161,000 (25-54) Part 2 Romneycare

Further, he again has an older audience  watching. With the 35 – 64 age group, The following CNN programs beat Morgan Romney at 9PM, 5PM, 7PM, 8PM, 10PM, 11PM w/the 35-64 age group.

This tells you most of the people watching are over 65 years old and based on the ratings, they are getting sick of him. He lost 123,000 FREAKIN viewers.

The more people see Romneycare the less they like him!
