Mr. Brute Force Strikes Again

Rick Perry has been called George W. Bush without the charm. But that just depends on how you define charm, right?

We’ve already documented how he treats young college students who question his record of debt accumulation … A finger in your chest! Definitely charming, would you not agree?!

And last night his “charm” was on display again. During a commercial break at Wednesday’s GOP debate, Perry showed he’s not afraid to go after the elderly, too! He strong-armed 76-year-old Ron Paul, gripping his hand aggressively, and shoving a threatening index finger in the Congressman’s face. Way to win over the senior citizen vote, Rick! (Oh, and Gov. Huntsman … don’t try to get in the way of a man in the process of assaulting a libertarian octogenarian! It’s a “frontrunner” thing. You wouldn’t understand unless you were aiming to be our second-straight Republican president from Texas!)

This is probably not unexpected from a guy who actually seemed happy about executing 234 people ….

Calls a pension fund like Social Security a “Ponzi scheme” …

And defends his decision to force 12-year-old girls to take a vaccine for a sexually-transmitted disease …

I mean … when you’re not particularly quick on your feet …

And you have powerful special interest friends …

Brute force might be one of your better qualities.
