This effort is so amazing — I’m getting goosebumps.

  • Leroy Whitby

    Woot! Great job everyone.

exciting!! congratulations to all who helped make and air the ad.

    AWESOME!

  • Guest

Ian….I want to publicly thank you for ALL the work you have done on this project.  I know that it has caused some issues behind the scenes that some have decided to now air publicly.  But I personally want to "thank you" for giving a voice to those of us that don’t have a voice in this election cycle.  THIS effort has created a national conversation about how dissatisfied those of us "undecideds" are with the current GOP field.  We are now all aware of the stand you took for us and you have no idea how much we appreciate it.  Thank you….thank you!

    • BrianusBerkleianus

AMEN, speppers: You speak for so many of us.

      THANK YOU,  IAN!!!!

    • http://twitter.com/ImaLindatoo Im a Linda too

I sent an email asking if I could donate to the "reconsider" effort and that I don’t see anywhere how I can do so.  I haven’t heard anything?  Can you please shed some light on if we can still contribute for the effort and WHERE and HOW we can do this?

      • RedDaveR

I have the same issue, waiting for an e-mail response.  Maybe it’s too late or else Ian is running behind and very busy.

        • Nichama

I sent in my second contribution.  It’s not too late.  And thank you from all of us who love the Governor and our country.

I’ll find out.  Did you email a pledge to:

        reconsider@conservatives4palin.com

I will check on it and post additional information as soon as I have it.

        • http://twitter.com/ImaLindatoo Im a Linda too

No, I missed communications being away over a week, so I emailed "editor", cause I cudn’t find any other email., lol  So I didn’t make the initial pledge, but I asked if I cud make a small contribution to the on going effort.  And how can I donate.  Thank you for your help.

          • Nichama

Don’t worry about the amount.  You will be emailed.  Keep checking.

        • Nichama

If you send a quick one line message to the ‘reconsider’ email address saying that you wish to

donate, Sheya will quickly get back to you with extremely easy instructions how to do so.

Right on! Thank you Ian! And thank you for being so quick to respond to Cavuto. You handled the interview very well. It speaks volumes of the caliber of people who support governor Palin. We are not some ‘bots.

  • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/AJY2ILN24QZAME2ZDKMQJNKBBI Chris

Please anyone explain to me how this ad is disrespectful?

    • Guest
    • Nichama

I love your intentions, Chris BUT please let’s not go there again.

This is a beautiful thread and a beautiful ad.

Let’s not ugly it up with vile nonsense by inviting the orcs to comment re our motives on this thread too.

We all sacrificed for this moment. Let’s just enjoy the heck out of it.

GO there "again?"  It was just THIS MORNING that we were all trashed.  Read my post below—-and KNOW that I am NOT in fighting mode, but in REPAIR mode.

People who trashed us need to see that THEY DID SO—-and resolve to cut it out in the future!

Similarly (and on another topic), we all need to bend over backwards to be respectful toward those who have decided to support one of the Republican candidates.  We can listen and differ, without being disrespectful, much less vicious!  Thank you.

        • Nichama

I went down and read your post.
I don’t think we disagree at all.
I really must be bad at this if that’s the way it came out.

          • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_O2JZVOLZP3CZ3PZXJECJ2EETBA Mountain

Sorry, Nichama, if my post seemed to condemn you.  Instead, I meant simply to point out that ……  well, we in the Reconsider Project might feel warranted to stick up for our RESPECTFUL action with this ad, given the new and shocking attacks today.

NO one is "bad" for posting here, unless they make ad hominem attacks, which you truly did not do.  Hang in there, Nichama!!!!

            • Nichama

              Thanks Mountain

I took my share of ad hominem (fire balls) yesterday but here I am to tell the tale.

When I think of what Sarah has taken, I just consider the source and let the ‘stuff’ roll off my back.

apparently God says it’s disrespectful… or something.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_O2JZVOLZP3CZ3PZXJECJ2EETBA Mountain

Hang in there, Jaz dear!  It’s all good!!!!!!! in the end, with God’s help.

      • http://www.motivationtruth.com Adrienne Ross

You really should try to appear more mature. Just try.

        • Nichama

Jasmine is doing just fine and she doesn’t need a NANNY.

I respectfully suggest you lighten up.

          Keep on keepin’ on, Jasmine.

Thank you Ian!  Be proud everyone, this was a team effort from people all aver this country who want a better future.
By working together, none of us needed a title to make a difference. Now, let’s all be supportive in one loud voice…  one loud grrrrrrrr!

      GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Ron Brown

Well I’m not a girl, but I’m fighting the fight now to support our "best" choice for our next POTUS. And should she shock the country and announce that she has reconsidered her decision I’m ready to stand with her like I’ve never stood with anyone before. I’ve heard her, and I’m ready to fight like a girl!!!!!!!!!

      GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      RUN SARAH RUN

  • palin45potus

Great work, everyone involved with this!

    • BrianusBerkleianus

      Amen x1,000, palin45!!!

  • sparrow17

Thank you so very much for all you have done Ian and Sheya.  This is a great ad so thoughtfully planned that brings honor to Gov. Palin.  I am proud to be part of this endeavor in showing our appreciation and gratitude for Gov Palin in celebration of all she has achieved or will achieve in service for her country.  Thank you Gov. Palin for your exemplary example of a true Patriot shown by a genuine servants heart.  I stand with Sarah.

    • BrianusBerkleianus

      Beautiful: Thanks, sparrow!

      I stand with Sarah.

  • susiepuma

I just keep watching this ad over and over and it helps reafirm my belief that she is running and has been since 2008 and that Governor Sarah Palin from the Great State of Alaska will be the next President of the United States.

    I get goosebumps too – anticipation……………….

    • LibertyLass

Yes Sarah, we don’t need a title to make a difference….Thank you Ian and Sheya!

    • Ron Brown

I’ve watched it several times too. We all know that we have come to support her because of her many strengths, courage and integrity. After watching this ad we can now see how powerfully convincing she can be. If I were Sarah Palin it would not be easy for me to deny the truth of this powerfully convincing case made by Sarah Palin.

      RUN SARAH RUN

    • BrianusBerkleianus

      Thanks, susie!!

    • USMAgrandma

Right-on, Susie!  You and I are on the same page….

  • sparrow17

In reply to Chris……………It is like one big heart with our names on it showing our love and appreciation for Gov. Palin.  We honored a great public servant with a great big servants heart.

  • blerch

Thanks for spearheading this, Ian.  Great job.

  • Guest

    Congrats!

Hey, here’s someone now who’s "reconsidering".

What better time now to take up all those votes.

    • generictrainee

      Interesting timing.

  • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/AJY2ILN24QZAME2ZDKMQJNKBBI Chris

Of all the criticisms the reconsider effort might receive, respect for Palin is the most invalid of the bunch.  If we did not respect her, we would not have put money into this ad.  It is becuase of the great respect we have for her that we did this and the great love we have for our country and want the best possilbe leader.

I also want to say thanks to Ian and Sheya and also, to each of you who donated money.  The economy is tough and this time of year things can get tight even in a good economy.  Also, to those of you who were supportive but could not help finacially, I want to thank you as well.  All of our efforts together have started a national discussion on just how unhappy the electorate is with the choice we have right now.

    • generictrainee

Yes, a reluctant voter can create change in candidates.

  • Y123

Ian and everyone involved in this effort…Thank You!!!

  • generictrainee

If cain drops out , will there be one more?

    • Jean_A

Cain won’t drop out until he drains all his supporters.  He is like a flea that you can’t get rid of.

      • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_O2JZVOLZP3CZ3PZXJECJ2EETBA Mountain

        Flea?
        ;->

        • Jean_A

          Thanks.

      • Guest

Maybe we can get a big ‘ol vial of Frontline or Advantage!  ;-p

  • blackbird

Thanks for the post and information Ian.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Sue-Lynn/1831312967 Sue Lynn

Pray people…pray her family will get with it…

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_O2JZVOLZP3CZ3PZXJECJ2EETBA Mountain

Um…… more respectfully phrased:  Pray that Gov. Palin and her family continue to seek the Lord’s will about her running for the presidency, and if God says RUN, she RUNS!!
—- with our help, fervor, love, and blessings!
      ;->

  • RWRFAN

I’m proud to have contributed to this attempt to convince Palin to reconsider and that she is the one we’ve been waiting for. Ian, thank you for your hard work.

  • Jean_A

Great job on the reconsider ad.
