Governor Palin: QE3 is Upon Us

Governor Palin has been warning us about this. Via Facebook:

President Obama is clearly revealing his rapid loss of any grip on the economic and security issues that are of utmost importance to our country. His economic and foreign policy blunders are manifesting chaos. On the same day when we see more chaos erupting in the Middle East and President Obama declaring that Egypt is no longer considered our ally, the Federal Reserve announced that it will spend $40 billion a month to purchase mortgage-backed securities with no end date set. QE3 is upon us.

In a speech nearly two years ago, I asked: “If [QE2] doesn’t work, what do we do then? Print even more money? What’s the end game here? Where will all this money printing on an unprecedented scale take us? Do we have any guarantees that QE2 won’t be followed by QE3, 4, and 5, until eventually – inevitably – no one will want to buy our debt anymore? What happens if the Fed becomes not just the buyer of last resort, but the buyer of only resort?”

As predicted, QE3 is upon us. Is it any wonder that the dollar is down against major currencies? This temporary, artificial economic “stimulus” bought at the expense of high inflation is no substitute for a stable currency and genuine long-term economic recovery. This is what happens when big government centralized planners try to “plan” our economy. President Obama is no doubt happy, though, that this latest sugar fix comes 53 days before the election.

The Governor is right again, but the result is that our country continues to suffer under obama

  • blueniner

Again Sarah Palin is on top and ahead of the pack. She warned us a long time ago and had the vision to see what Big Government was going to do, and now it comes to pass…..

  • PhilTan

Nah. She doesn’t have the capacity to be President. Look how simple her analysis and observation is to what is going on in world affairs and our own economic turmoil. And her suggestions about a stable dollar . Who needs it. SARC. Run-Someday-Run.

  • colliemum

Anybody still think this Lady from Alaska doesn’t know exactly which way the wind is blowing?

    • TSM_Admin

Well, she doesn’t stick her finger up to see which way the wind is blowing, but she knows whats blowing in the wind!

I don’t care how you guys try to explain it to me….I just will never, ever understand why we’re not calling her Madam President come January 2013.   *sigh*

    • n4cerinc

It is not only the Dems who benefit from Big Government. Many in the Republican Party benefit as well. Sarah Palin is a threat to their gravy train.

      • conservativemama

So true, so true, so true!!!!!!!!

      • DocBarry1

And that is why she will not run in the Republican Party – she can’t trust them

And she is right not to trust them

So if she doesn’t feel that a 3rd party is viable, she will not run – but if she does – watch out she will be our President

  • wodiej

As always Gov. Palin tells it like it is, doesn’t care what anyone thinks, has no use for political correctness and puts obama in his place.   She also realizes the importance of obama not being re-elected.

  • Jon Kelly

Hey, how is it that someone so stupid – is always so damn right?
We need more common sense conservatives and fewer college professors with nothing to say.

    • DocBarry1

      Stated beautifully

    • John B. Hefmier

Chuck Jr. agrees, Jon. :^) But again, he has known Sarah for 48 years.

Treasonous, that’s all left to say; treasonous americans.

This is just one more step in Obama’s plan to destroy our economy. I so wish more Americans would stop drinking the cool-aid and realize that Obama doesn’t care about a single American because we have been a mean country. He want’s to put Americans in their place. I’ve never been so scared for our country in my life time.

Sarah is coming out stong and determined. I hope she and her family stay safe.

  • shalom56

Sarah is running :)  It may not be for 2012, but her turn is coming and eyes are being opened every time she speaks.

  • IndieDogg

"Free Stuff or Freedom" was a good one, but it sounds like another one is coming around the corner, like that speeding locomotive on rails of newer, stronger steel in Atlas Shrugged…

    "Victor or Victim"

Her anger is showing like a clear blue flame. And it is not only heating up the discourse, it is honing her message, sharpening her twin spears of insight and logic with which she is popping balloons of nonsense on the right, the left and everywhere that balloons inflated with hot air can fly. Her words are sparse, on point and riveting. She is in combat mode.

And the time is coming, if it is not already here, where her only choice is to take her spears to the front and lead this army. She went down to try to build the team in the minor leagues, to help it rule in the long term, leaving the Presidency to others for now, convinced that someone would step up to fill the void.

But the phone is ringing in Toledo, home of the Mud Hens, or Savannah, home of the Sand Gnats, the call from the big leagues to get her a** back up there, in prime time, and lead the team. It’s not C4P calling her, or Rush or Mark or any other person. It’s her nation that is calling her. And, when that has happened, whether it was her town, her state or her nation, she has answered the phone. No matter what time of day or night.

    "Victor or Victim"

That’s the choice that is rising up, day by day, for Sarah Palin.

      I love your post.

  • John Hornak

I posted this on my Facebook under Sarah’s QE3 post. Ahhh, my Jersey’s coming out of me tonight…LOL

I despise the News Media for what they did to this Great Governor.

To all you people who think she is stupid, read this and post a reply and explain it to me and everyone else.
Now, if you leave a snarkey remark, then that will confirm her intelligence is way above your pay grade.
I am looking forward to tonight entertainment, HAVE FUN!!!!

    • carmtom13

Love it, let us know what the response is.

  • Bill__Hughes

Nicely said by Sarah as always.  At least we have one clarion voice calling out of the wilderness of common sense to the nation.

    • John Hornak

      Hi Bill,

Good to see you, God, we tried here in NJ last year, But, She didn’t pull the trigger..

When she decides, just call, you have my number, I’m all in..

..BTW, I still talk to Larry Geary.

    • DocBarry1

      I agree 100%

  • c4pfan

Isn’t Berneke the one doing the QE3?  Is Mitt going to get rid of him?  Because, it doesn’t seem that he will.

    • heshtesh

I believe Mitt has said Bernanke has to go a couple month ago.

  • BrianusBerkleianus

    Wonderful; thank you, Governor!!

She hits the little "community organizer" on foreign policy two days ago.

She hits the little "community organizer" on domestic/economic policy today.

    One-two punch.

    Thank you, Sarah!!
