Oh Great! Another Bush

According to Breitbart via CBS, George P. Bush has filed the paperwork to run for political office.

Just like I thank McCain for his service in the military, I thank this fella as well.  But I think it’s time to move conservative politics forward where nepotism or family name doesn’t have to be a factor.

What a doophus looking character, his sister is a drug addict, or was…….

    • $26225604

      that comment is beneath you.

      • mark1955

When her father is a potential candidate for President of the United States, everything and i mean everything in your background is up for scrutiny, then the public can make a decision whether it’s relevant or not. Plus a drug addicted daughter can possibly be an issue for blackmail or reflect the inattention and judgement of her parents. Speaking of which, there’s that little matter of Jebbies mexican wife Columba trying not to pay any duty or taxes on her $20,000 Paris shopping spree. I suppose the matter of his theiving wife isn’t relavent either? If Sarah Palin and her family can go through the inspection they’ve been put through, including over 26,000 e-mails and frivolous lawsuits with no problems found and most of the personal destruction of her instigated by the Bush crime family, then Jebbie and the others can endure the same thing. What have they got to hide? This ain’t county clerk he is going to be running for.

        • http://twitter.com/BombsAndDollars Bombs And Dollars

Drug using relatives is typically not an issue. Bill Clinton had a drug-addled brother, and Obama has a lot of half brothers and such.

You say "everything" is up for scrutiny when you run for president? Tell that to Barack Obama. The media hasn’t vetted him even on things that are up for LEGITIMATE scrutiny.

You do raise the question that if someone’s children are using drugs, that could reflect bad parenting. Perhaps, but does bad parenting mean you would make a bad president? It’s not always the case, but it might sometimes be the case. That said, Sarah Palin’s daughter had a child out of wedlock. If we are going to go by the standard of a child doing something wrong being a cause for question of the parent, then that would put Mrs. Palin’s parenting in question.

Even Ronald Reagan had a child who grew up to be liberal! lol

          • mark1955

Like i said, Everything is up for scrutiny if you run for President we are not talking about County commisioner. At the same time,it should not necessarily disqualify someone if they or their relatives have had some troubles legal or otherwise. The American people have to decide that. But the voters should have access to all that information so they can decide if it is relevant or not. As far as the media not covering Obama’s issues, i certainly hope you don’t t think i agree with that. The lamestreams collaboration with the Obama administration and the dems agenda in general the last 30 years has bordered on treasonous.

Somebody flamed me for saying 1955 was a good year.  It was because of your name.

It’s just that I know some very good people who were born that year.

          • blueniner

Bristol had an accident, Noelle has been in and out of rehab and did some other illegal deeds, this is a pattern, not one incident, I know you like to pile on the Palins, just as the Bushs have, they dont like the Palins, and have expressed as much.

      • JubaDoobai!

You can make a child, but you cannot make its mind. A child who chooses drugs and alcohol, in the absence of a problem at home, should not lay the bad choices at the parents’ feet. Lots of kids have in attentive parents, but they don’t become junkies. At some point, the person has to be Ed responsible for his own bad acts.

  • Terrenceor

Whatever office he runs for the Tea Party needs to defeat him. The Bush family has been a disaster for Repubicans and this country.

Do some research and you will find out why they attract a few more Latino votes. They get that support the same way Democrats do. They play Santa Claus with taxpayer money.

    • http://twitter.com/BombsAndDollars Bombs And Dollars

We don’t know what policies George P. Bush stands for. You forget that George P. Bush is not George W. Bush. George P. Bush has never served in office, so you have absolutely no basis on which to judge him.

      • mark1955

You really think this is working ha?

      • Guest

We know he was the corruptocrat that conned us into Marco Rubio when they knew Charlie Crist was toast. He also glommed on to Ted Cruz once he knew he was a shoe in because of Palin’s endorsement. He suffers from the entitlement mentality just like Connie Mack who he was hanging out with at the gopE convention. We know that he is NOT on our side and that his mission is to co-opt the Tea Party.

We are not useful idiots here. We have the Bush’s number. Unlike you, we are not in denial.

Suggest that you read "The Bushes – Portrait of a Dynasty" by Palin adviser Peter Schweizer. You will find out everything you need to know about "Corruptocrat R Us. Inc,"

      • Terrenceor

With political families you know exactly what you are getting. Chelsea will not be running as a Tea Party candidate and neither will a Kennedy, Bush or Gore. George II did a good job of hiding his liberal pedigree, but there is a reason he left office with a 28% approval rating in a center right country. George II grew Govt more than his dad and Clinton.

He did cut taxes, but he also made the taxes more progressive and fewer people paying any taxes.

      • JubaDoobai!

We know he stands for amnesty cuz he’s said so.

It is a known fact that being cross eyed is a sign of intelligence. Many of the great minds are.  Imagine having a disability and achieving great things despite.

How does it feel? Not good i bet. Well you and the rest of the Bushbot’s better get used to it. Your Pal’s the Bush crime family, were behind the attempted personal and political destruction of Sarah Palin and they are "New World Order,One World" Lefties, who are Heck bent on removing any last vestige of Copnservatism, not only in the repub Party, but in the United States of America as a whole. The Bush’s have sown the wind, and their about to reap the whirlwind.

Having a little ‘lazy eye’ has absolutely NOTHING to do with intelligence.  It has to do with the muscles that control eye movement. For surgical repair, they remove them from the eyeball, usually one side, and reattach to make them longer or shorter.

I have a wonderful and intelligent sister with an eye that wanders. It’s usually when she is very tired.

Oh, she’s also beautiful, in a Janet Leigh sort of way.

I apologize to BrianusBerkleianus who clearly sets out where Sarah and all of us stand. 90% of the time I ignored his comments because of their legnth. But I also believe we are at a Rubicon moment. While we must acknowledge the power of the Establishment, almost
all of the media, almost all of the conservative establishment–WE DO
HAVE ONE UNDENIABLE STRENGTH WE ARE RIGHT. If we don’t sincerely believe
that – we will fail. When Obamaism and Republican "reach out" politics fail and they will – our duty is to be there standing for GOD—COUNTRY–FAMILY VALUES. That’s why both the left and "claimed conservatives" despise SARAH PALIN – SHE STANDS FOR WHAT IS RIGHT —COME HELL OR HIGH WATER!!!!

Hey, GP, I gotta start following you again.

  • goldenprez

Steve, Steve, Steve … still worrying about the Republican Party.

This is just another "good ole" Republican who needs to be defeated by true constitutional conservatives.

As almost 3 million conservatives have just shown, it is time to sever relations with the establishment, no matter which of the two Government Parties they represent.

I predict, here and now, that Jeb Bush will be the next Republican nominee for President.

    So what!?!

The Freedom Party needs to run their own candidate in 2016.

But prior to that, the Freedom Party needs to organize to remove all establishment politicians in the Senate and House in 2014. It must start now, and finish the job in 2016.

    • Steve_Flesher

Cmon man….let’s at least hope for something better.

      • goldenprez

Steve … I do not understand your reply.

Are you saying that we should "hope for something better" from the Republican Party?

If that is what you are saying, my answer is, as it has always been, "Who cares?"

In addition, I know you are aware of the following phrases, and from whence they originated:

        "Throw Them All Out!"

        "The status quo must go!"

You must answer for yourself as to whether you are a conservative or a Republican. They are not, and never have been, synonymous. It would appear, in fact, that they are antonyms.

I do not believe in "hope." I believe in action. Also, I do not want "something better." Better than what? The devil, to coin a phrase, is in the details.

I want something "good." Apparently, discernibly, forthrightly good.

Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see.

Christopher H. Fromme … Excellent link.

It must start now. The Freedom Party must get busy "rat." Not that mousy kind of rat, I mean "rat now!"

The screening, and vetting, of truly constitutional conservative candidates must begin immediately. Funds for their elections should begin to be raised now. The funds should be there waiting for the "right" candidate.

Most importantly, the strategy to reach the people, all the people, should be formulated now.

I don’t know if he would make a bad president or not. A lot of people think George W. Bush was a bad president, but he wasn’t as bad at the hateful liberals claimed he was. (They thought he was a Nazi.) In fact, he actually did some good things, like wiretapping and interrogating terrorists, despite the cries by the left to stop defending America.

Whatever you think of Bush, anyway, your view of him shouldn’t be transferred to P. Bush. George P. Bush is a different person, and he should win or lose on his own merits. Wait until he has some years of experience then judge him.

    • mark1955

Good luck with selling that here. It ain’t gonna work. Besides with all the voter fraud your Bushie buddies have perpertrated,i really don’t think you need to sell George P. here, since all Rove has to do for you is push a button and Voila,Bush wins! By the way,i believe George W.Bush was the biggest spending liberal since Lyndon Johnson at the very least untill Obama came along.

    • n4cerinc

Bush laid the foundation on which Obama built. He was the first to bail out the auto unions and Banks. The Patriot Act is a disaster. The biggest Government behemoth is Homeland Security. Under Bush, grandma’s were being stripped searched at our airports instead of people who look like the perpetrators of 9-11. I know following Foxnews and talk radio you would think all of today’s problems started under Obama. No, Bush started what Obama has ran away with. Bush was a disaster and he gave us Obama. Unless we get a true reformer in Washington, the destruction continues.

      • friskyness

If what Bush was all so "bad", Obama could have stopped it! Obama hasn’t stopped anything…even outsourcing, he hasn’t stopped!
