Should Ohio Election Officials Prosecute United Nation Election Observers

New Black Panther Party, ACORN and NACCP have engaged in voter Intimidation tactics and not Republicans

The state of Ohio and Texas along with Florida and Wisconsin are on the United Nation’s Election Day hit list when it comes to their officials showing up at state polling locations.  It seems that these United Nations officials have the mistaken belief that they have the legal right to intervene in how Ohio and other states are running their Election Day activities.  Their organization the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe is showing up because the nearly impotent NAACP and the discredited ACORN organization requested that they oversee possible voter suppression.

The fact that outside countries can use the guise of the United Nations to come into sovereign states and cities like Cleveland, or Columbus, Ohio, or Houston Texas, or any other city in America is without merit.  If one single United Nation’s official illegally steps within the 100 foot limit of a polling precinct they will become quite familiar with American jurisprudence.

The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has already publically stated that if a United Nation’s official breaks Texas law by interfering with its election process within the 100 foot limit, he will have them prosecuted to the full extent of Texas law and justice. Jay Sekulow, head of the American Center for Law and Justice affirmed this and other similar developments around the nation, on Fox News, Friday, November 2nd.

First and foremost is the erroneous notion that a foreign nation has the purposeful audacity to believe it can set one soiled boot on Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin state soil.  Could these so-called officials of the NAACP or ACORN be that incompetent about how state government and the U.S. Constitution actually work?   The United States Constitution is still the law of the land, as is the 10th Amendment, which clearly states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”  This includes election law.

News flash, nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it say that state election officials should bow, submit,  or be subject to interference by the United Nations.  Foreign governments do not dictate terms to the United States of America or states about how and what it does regarding elections or any other sovereign action.  In other words, United Nations officials take your pens, pads and notebooks to the nearest motel room and watch the election results like any other person.

What is disturbing about this entire misleading scenario is how the United Nations could ignore due diligence in taking a letter from organizations that offered them no legal proof of voter suppression or intimidation.  Before the United Nations started snooping into America’s business, why not go over legal proof of voter suppression and intimidation legal cases from the U.S. Justice Department?  What about the states they are targeting?  Oops, that would be a big negatory since no proof of voter suppression or voter intimidation by Republicans exist!

Why did this so-called finder of fact committee set up by the United Nations not investigate the organizations that made the request?  Take ACORN, which had officials engaging in voter fraud in Cleveland in 2008, who were illegally signing up voters multiple times.  One voter even testified that ACORN voter registrars signed him up 72 times to vote.  Their voter fraud activities are legendary.  In Missouri in 1986, 12 ACORN members were convicted of voter fraud. Also in 1986, in St. Louis, six ACORN volunteers plead guilty to a myriad of election law violations.

The NAACP which also requested United Nations intervention into suspected Republican voter suppression has election fraud skeletons in its own closet. The organization made up fraudulent claims in 2000 against then Governor George Bush about voter intimidation and the lack of prosecution of a fatal attack on a black man.  In addition, in 2011, NAACP Tunica County, Mississippi executive committee member Lessadolla Sowers was convicted on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots in a substantial voter fraud scheme. So much for integrity!

Then of course there is the infamous voter intimidation case in 2008 against the New Black Panther Party, which openly intimidated white voters in Philadelphia.  The Obama U.S. Justice Department refused to prosecute the case, despite overwhelming evidence, and an actual video which captured their thug-like tactics.     ( read more )

I have read they will be here in Washington, in Olympia to be exact. True blue Olympia, a real hotbed of voter suppression and intimidation by republicans. [cough]

I hope the ACLJ eats their lunch and pops the sack.

Does the U.N. also monitor illegal immigrants
    (UNDOCUMENTED democrats) voting?

  • John_Frank

If they violate State law, yes.

It’s pretty clear this was all set up by obama and this thug administration to try to steal the election.  This should make anyone cringe at the thought of not voting or voting 3rd party.  And let it be a reminder to those who are making their decision based on so called principles who are far right.  There will never be anyone conservative enough for you that runs because Jesus Christ will never be running for office.

the United Nations needs defunded immediately, period. America wants no part of them. A very well respected (ret) Major General Paul Vallely says they need to go to Africa and open shoe shops or something. He also admires Texas AG and hopes other states will follow suit. I would not want to be one of the un members overstepping in the United States, their welcome will end real quick.

"Should Ohio election officials prosecute UN election observers?"

Absolutely!!  I agree with Jay Sekulow, and I am so thankful for Texas AG Greg Abbott, and his stand against these UN thugs when he declared that "they will be prosecuted to the full extent of Texas law and justice."

This is part of the UN ‘take-over’ of our country.
Think about the words, globalism; sustainable development; EPA regulations, green energy, New World Order, reorientation, etc.

I think bho’s goal is to, not only destroy our freedoms, but cause the United States to become submissive to foreign governments.  Someone said that bho is ‘advancing a plan that will make America hostage to the UN, which includes the UN Agenda 21 plan.

    North Carolina’s website,

Also, google Amerian Thinker, UN Agenda 21 – Coming to a Neighborhood Near You.

Most states have excellent websites concerning sustainable development, and what they are doing to stop this take-over by the United Nations.

I would just let the UN officials be turned over to the people of the United States.

This is precisely what you get when your govt., intervenes in the sovereignty of other nations, continually.  What goes around, comes around and has opened the door to international scrutiny and the dissolution of our sovereignty.  I remember recently reading a statement by George Soros, where he implied that under certain circumstances, sovereignty has to take a back seat.

When you have a nation turning over it’s sovereign rights to a world court, the U.N. or any other authoritative international group, that nation will certainly lose it’s right to self governance.  We have recently seen a lot of action indicating that this is where our nation is headed.  Anyone remember the recent Treaty of the Sea, or Gun Control actions by the U.N.?  How about Agenda 21?  How about the efforts to form the North American Union?  I could go on and on, but I believe you get the point.  Having said this, why would anyone be surprised about the U.N. trying to get involved and controlling our election system.

At this point in time, we are still a sovereign nation and should be acting as such, by keeping our nose out of the business of other nations.  We can lead by example, by maintaining our sovereignty and correcting our own problems, without the intervention of other nations or organizations.  This can easily be done, by adhering to our own Constitution and recognizing it as the Law of the Land.  You do that, by electing legislative leaders who believe in our Constitution.

Eric Holder will sue any State that interferes with Global oversight. He will also sue their Governor. He has a record of such tyranny.

  • conservativemama

It won’t be Romney, but we need to seriously start thinking about leaving the UN.  Let them exist if they want, somewhere else with someone else’s money.

We must not yield an ounce of sovereignty, especially not to an organization as corrupt as the UN.  Whatever good they still do can be done by other groups.

Put it on our long-term "to do" list.  We conservatives have a lot of work ahead of us.

The UN Election monitors on USA’s soil is a continuation of the agenda for a "One World Order/New World Order"

It is well past overdue ( at least 30 years) for the UN to go the way of the Leigh of Nations which it replaced to bring back legitimacy as a global organization intended as a forum only for world discussions. I and many people I know have lost respect and faith in the UN near on 30 years. They are nothing but a corrupt bureaucratic self serving organization sucking up our tax dollars and beating us over the head at the same time to boot.

One only have to take note of the Tyrannic and Corrupt Members who form the majority at the UN who should never, never been given a seat at the table in the first place if the UN existence were to serve their purpose based on the founding principles.

They have became nothing more than a vehicle to serve the purpose and achieving the agenda of the Socialists/Communists/Marxists for a ‘One World Order’ or the elitist group for a ‘New World Order.’
At the end of the day, after all said and done, they are one and the same. The only thing they have to hammer out between them is who is going to be "Emperor of the World." Maybe they will work out a rotation like the USA’s presidency, given their turns according to the pecking order.

And exactly how much relief monies has the UN sent to New York and New Jersey Hurricane victims? Or has anyone else sent for that matter?
We have distributed billions in help around the world and this is what we get return?
