Mr. L, in his unique style, discusses the senseless mass murder in Newtown, CT and the Democrat’s propensity for exploiting anything they can, however tragic, for political gain.

I always find new insights when I listen to Mr. L. He has great commentary on current affairs. He is one of the best out there.

    • blueniner

This is the good Barbie, and not the anti-Paliin caribou variety  troll "Barbie" that posts hate all over the blogs…..LOL

    • Mr.L

      Thank you for listening.

    Good job, as always.

The left, helped by the media, plants the seeds of brainwashing to gain support for their agendas in times of people’s need, appealing to them when they are most vulnerable and looking for answers. People NEED to have God so they don’t turn to government for answers. We know this.

The media, however is so hollow and atheist (let’s just say they have no conscience) that it makes things worse as always, exploiting human misery for political gain. It’s hollow and base.

I wish I could put all this in a little bottle and sprinkle the message "dust" all over people who I have already spoke to already who have made comments about how terrible the tragedy was, and then.. "its those darn gun laws!" (Those little propaganda weeds grow fast, don’t they?)But things have to be done the hard way.. the old-fashioned way, we have to argue in favor of what is right.. second amendment gun rights no matter what.

EDIT: Interesting points about the mental health institutes failling. I still think it comes down to personal responsibility and mental health awareness, especially where parents are concerned. I don’t know enough yet about the shooter and his family to talk, but if the mother was trying to do something and couldn’t find the help, then the institutions failed. If she knew he had a problem and chose to ignore it, then she is mostly to blame, unfortunately. There are many programs for things such as this.

    • Mr.L

Thanks Izzy. the media have become so predictable in their knee jerk reactions to these horrible situations that it’s become a joke now. they are a joke.  they couldn’t even be human for five seconds.  they had to kick into propaganda mode right away. disgusting. I had some ghoul email me via youtube trying to tie this psycho to religion and trying to tell me that somehow it was religion, meanwhile, has no proof whatsoever that it was. blocked. simple. over. done. bye bye freak. I agree about personal responsibility.  Not trying to place blame on the mother, but its reported that she was a bit over protective and smothering of the son.  if true I do not understand how she couldn’t see it coming?  Has anyone seen pictures of the dead perp?  If the lifeless black vacant eyes don’t put the willies in you, you just ain’t right.  The whole thing is just senseless. and I have questions about the school.  He was pulled out of the school system by the mother. they had a security plan in place which is strange for a sleepy new england town.  you see that in places like the south bronx not in places like Newtown.  I also read that he was at the school causing a problem days before and was thrown out of the building. I would imagine like the Loughner idiot in Tuscon this guy was putting red flags out all over the place and no one was paying attention.

      • Freempg

Another red flag … Lanza tried to buy a gun from a local shop but did not want to wait the required 14 days.

        • Mr.L

saw this. yes, now they’re going to paint the mother as a gun toating evil conservative who "trained her son to kill".

      • http://www.facebook.com/IsabelM.Matos Isabel Matos

Parents don’t see these things because the changes take place gradually, and they have no "experience" in dealing with these issues.. It’s all self-awareness which unfortunately sometimes comes AFTER the fact. It’s a terrible situation. I can only compare it to Hinkley’s Mom and Dad.. Devasting life of penitence for them because of the son.. God bless you and

Oh, yes… Im proud of you! :)

  • DocBarry1

Mr. L is right on – as he usually is –

I wish that Mr. L could get with Gov Palin to start the thinking process that she runs for the Presidency

    • Mr.L

thanks but I dont think I would be a great strategist. I think the Gov herself is a great strategist that would put to shame any of the so called people who are "in the know" about all things campaigning and in the consulting biz.

      • DocBarry1

I realize that  – but we need people that she trusts – so that it is abundantly clear that she offers us our only choice – she needs to run a campaign with her people and in your way – I believe that even if she loses – she will give America a real choice

Finally, if she doesn’t run then the Dem machine and the GOPe has really won – they tried to destroy her  – which they couldn’t – but they will have destroyed her in the political realm and that, to me, would be a travesty!!!

      • Sue Lynn

But you would be good on the what you are doing right now defending Sarah Palin’s stellar record and keeping up with current events with your unique style. I am willing to pay for your services if you go live! Hey someday you may even get to go on the road with her….

  • blueniner

Mr.L has hit back to back homeruns with his last two instalmment podcasts, in his previous podcast he speaks of God, Faith, Sarah Palin and John Lennon, check it out..http://www.mrltavern.com/2012/12/thinking-about-gods-genius-in-upside.html

    • Mr.L

thanks. the more we move farther from God in our society, the more things like this will happen IMO.

  • korn8131

Thanks Mr. L; Well done my friend. I hope you and everyone else that has a voice in the new media picks up on this article.

I hope Sarah Palin picks up on this because see could dive a nail though Obama’s you know what because you know why!!!The left knows only one cure for these senseless killings. GUN CONTROL, GUN CONTROL!!!  Obama and his administration has blood on its hands!

The Connecticut school massacre lies an uneasy truth in Washington: over the last few years, the Obama administration and Congress quietly let federal funding for several key school security programs lapse by the name of budget savings. Obama’s administration and Congress ELIMINATED the Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) funding, which for years provided between $20 million and $30 million in annual grants to help schools create emergency and crisis preparation and prevention plans for tragedies just like the one that unfolded Friday.

Some liberal groups have increasingly voiced concerns about the increased spending on police and security at schools. For instance, the Justice Policy Institute, a think tank, wrote a report in 2011 entitled "Education Under Arrest" that concluded that "schools do not need school resource officers to be safe."

Knowing this, the narcicisstic bastard stands in front of TV cameras and gives this pathetic reply to this event sums up his moral character.  "Our hearts are broken today," President Barack Obama said, wiping a tear from his eyes as he reacted to the tragedy. "As a country we have been through this too many times. "These neighborhoods are our neighborhoods, and these children are our children. And we’re going to have to come together and take meaningful action to prevent more tragedies like this, regardless of the politics," the president added.

Lets see how his enablers of the lame steam media sweep this under the rug.

    • Mr.L

thank you for listening korn. as usual Palin was a class act who put out her message of sincere condolences and she stayed away from the TV and any political discussion because she, unlike the folks in the media & DNC, knows there’s a time for mourning and a time for politics. But I’m sure she will be asked about this and she will give her opinions.
I have to ask out of all of that money they spend like you mentioned, why isn’t there armed trained professionals in these schools?  I would have to think that today, there’s a jihadi somewhere in or out of the USA who is looking at this as a way to commit jihad against americans. fact is, most of these communities with their liberalism just can’t bare to send their kids off to school where are those scary looking men, with those guns near the children.  this is how they think.  If there had been someone armed, this nut would’ve been taken down.  Only guns can stop other guns.
Notice how the portland oregon shooting got swept away.  I would have to believe that the reason was due to the fact that the media doesn’t want to show the public the person who was a conceal and carry gun owner who confronted the shooter in the mall just before the shooter killed himself.  Gone with the wind that story is because it interferes with the agenda.  This article comprehensively outlines the misinformation spewing from the sewer pipe aka the media http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2012/12/15/Dereliction-A-Constant-Stream-of-Media-Misinformation-in-Conn-Shooting
