NY Daily News | Hillary must answer questions on Benghazi

President Obama on Friday tapped Sen.  John Kerry as his choice to replace Hillary  Clinton as secretary of state.

After what is likely to be a swift confirmation, Kerry will confront a major  piece of unfinished business: fixing the gaping security holes exposed by the  Sept. 11 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya.

An independent inquiry by trusted professionals has confirmed that grievous  State Department lapses left that U.S. consulate far too vulnerable to an  assault.

In fact, before she packs up her office, Clinton, now ailing, must appear  before Congress to answer outstanding questions.
