Over the past few days, Obama’s
re-education propaganda political organization, Organizing For Action, has taken to the Twitter to convince people that man made climate change is here and it’s real, because the science says so. They have even gone so far as to encourage others to "report" those who are climate deniers and who have not joined the global warming cult. This, coupled with the Twitter bromance between Algore and Harry Reid, has brought the biggest hoax in the history of human civilization back to the forefront.
So, I figured it would be great to go down memory lane a bit and highlight one of the best rebuttals not just to AGW, but to the modern day environmental movement in general, from a very unlikely source- the late George Carlin. Carlin was far from a conservative and became kind of an angry bitter man during the last few years of his life, but when he was on, you would be hard pressed to find a comedian as funny as he was. And, he was truly edgy. He is not like some comedians today who claim to be edgy, but in reality are as edgy as a hacky sack. Bill Maher likes to think of himself as his generation’s George Carlin, but he isn’t edgy or funny. Anyway, Carlin injects major doses of common sense in pointing out how absurd the environmental movement is, while being funny as hell in the process. As with any Carlin routine, his language gets a bit salty at times, so if that’s not your thing, you may not want to press play. Otherwise, enjoy.
