If you come across complete video of the Governor’s interviews with Extra and Inside Edition, send them to the tips line. I think there were interviews with Access Hollywood and with Kevin Frazier as well. Until then, parts of her interviews can be found here, here, and here. Breitbart has more on her interviews and her breakfast activities here, here, and here. The Governor’s show appears to be filming its promotions.

To what project is the Governor referring?

Here’s part of the interview with Kevin Frazier.

    Good morning.

Alas, it appears that another "Republican" was paid off by a House Leadership Committee…

I have enclosed a link to the review of the just released Movie Lone Survivor.

Before you read it, I want to share with you my own tribute to one of those Navy SEALS, Lt. Michael Murphy, which I wrote in 2009 as recorded in the link below. There are many pictures of Lt. Murphy and his SEAL TEAM in this link, and a detailed report of what happened to them in Afghanistan in 2005.

Remembering Lt. Michael P. Murphy, USN SEAL Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient, At Penn State

    By Gary L. Morella
    http://www.personal.psu.edu/glm7/m426.htm

On April 23, 2009, I attended a dedication ceremony at Pond Laboratory, Penn State, in memory of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, USN SEAL, who gave the last full measure of devotion for his country in Afghanistan in 2005. The Pond Laboratory at Penn State now has The Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy Memorial Conference Room. Lt. Murphy graduated with honors at Penn State with degrees in political science and psychology.

The incredible account of Lt. Murphy’s heroism is given in the links below with an excerpt from The Congressional Medal of Honor citation printed on the back of the dedication program. The highlight of the day for me was being able to talk with Lt. Murphy’s parents and brother at the end of the ceremony, letting them know that, as a Vietnam Era Navy veteran, "I had to be here today for your son and his family," which I’m sure are shared sentiments with military veterans around the country who, if they could not be at the dedication ceremony physically, were there spiritually out of respect for a true hero in the highest tradition of the Naval service.

This was a very special day for all involved to include, in particular, the officers and enlisted of the ROTC units at Penn State, the Navy ROTC unit en masse, and representatives from the other ROTC units and military that were able to attend.

God bless and keep you and your family, and all in our Armed Forces in harm’s way, always, Lt. Murphy. You will not be forgotten by those who had the honor to be in the presence of your parents on a chilly April afternoon at Penn State. It is very easy to understand what a special young man that you were after seeing your parents!

Eternal Rest grant unto Lt. Michael Murphy, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him, and may his soul and all of the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace, Amen.

    The Navy Hymn

    Eternal Father, strong to save,
Whose arm hath bound the restless wave,
Who bidd’st the mighty ocean deep
    Its own appointed limits keep;
Oh, hear us when we cry to Thee,
For those in peril on the sea!

O Christ! Whose voice the waters heard
And hushed their raging at Thy word,
Who walkedst on the foaming deep,
    And calm amidst its rage didst sleep;
Oh, hear us when we cry to Thee,
For those in peril on the sea!

Most Holy Spirit! Who didst brood
Upon the chaos dark and rude,
And bid its angry tumult cease,
    And give, for wild confusion, peace;
Oh, hear us when we cry to Thee,
For those in peril on the sea!

O Trinity of love and power!
    Our brethren shield in danger’s hour;
From rock and tempest, fire and foe,
    Protect them wheresoe’er they go;
Thus evermore shall rise to Thee
Glad hymns of praise from land and sea.

I want to thank a Coast Guard veteran friend of mine who works at Penn State for making me aware of the dedication ceremony for Lt. Murphy, and who also attended same.

There is no higher cause for pride than what Lt. Murphy did in Afghanistan!

Gospel According to Saint John Chapter 15

Late last night, Chuck Heath Jr posted that his dad was never once audited by the Feds until 2008.

Since then he’s had SIX contentious "meetings" with them.

I’ll tell you what, anyone in this country who condones this kind of harassment, whether it’s because of a sense of tribal solidarity or some perception that whatever bad befalls my political enemy is good for me needs to have their head examined.

Our founders split with the brits over taxes.

And we know that Obama fully intends to use them to redistribute the wealth. How far? He’s never said, has he?

    • SusanWo4p

I think the Progressive Plan is to destroy affluence among the mid-range wealthy (the Super Elite Wealthy will be safe and cozy in their cronyism cocoon) and to dismantle the Middle Class.

There is a segment of our population that chooses NOT to live with dignity and self respect. The only way their garbage filled, dangerous neighborhoods can be "equalized" with the middle class, is to have the middle class depressed down into their level.
This will never be accomplished as long as God’s People are keeping their churches strong and praying to Him.

      • AZStandingBy

Absolutely. It is always the middle class that suffers an out of control govt. Due to the fact that the middle class in America is so vast, that is where all the money is. That is where the true wealth of America is. Not the super rich and not the poor.

    • socon

How dare these mongrels harass Sarah’s parents this way!
This is terribly upsetting. Mr. Heath does not need that kind of stress.

It’s a constant battle for me to control the hypertension that grips me. I try to hard not to be freakin’ furious every day!!

  • palin45potus

This harassment of Chuck Heath, the bridge story in New Jersey, and pretty much every single headline that involves a politician these days just shows me what petty, venal people have gravitated to Washington DC like moths to a light.

How can such a group of repugnant people possibly produce wise policy decisions? The obvious answer is, they can’t.

Your cat would be as likely to draft sensible legislation walking across the keyboard as these clowns are. (My apologies to clowns everywhere)

    • PhilTan

Has Chuck Heath been getting harassed by the IRS ? I didn’t see that but if he is that’s horrible. Just saw the six meetings thing below. Has Sarah spoken out on this ?

    • AZStandingBy

This should be huge. I know Rush and other "big" people have talked about constant audits, but a retired elderly couple who are conveniently the parents of a famous conservative politician being harassed by the IRS only after 2008 for the first time ever, should be HUGE. tyranny. When people fear the government.

      • JRD1

Yes, but the Bush Mafia is on board. They are standing on the sidelines and applauding.

        • AZStandingBy

Who cares about the Bush’s. Im talking about private citizen outrage. If the public doesnt get outraged about this, a specific instance that is so blatant showing IRS intimidation, then I give up. SArahs message will never resonate if politics cant be put aside on something like this. This type of thing hits the heart of all Americans who have always feared the IRS and now it is even worse.

          • JRD1

Who is going to put it out there, the media? Not a chance.

  • palin45potus

Well, Sarah and Todd made their way down to LA for yesterdays events, as we know from the press releases.

I wonder if they caught the red-eye back, or perhaps will show up somewhere else while visiting the "lower 48″.

BTW- Are these 48 states continuous states or not? Are the part of the 57 states? Which of those are and aren’t continuous? Geography sure has gotten a lot more complex since my school days. (What makes it so fun to mock these journalists who make these egregious errors is that they are so full of themselves, and so quick to make fun of those who they feel they can make fun of without consequence. To see them expose themselves as the morons that they are does indeed fill me with Schadenfraude)

I love the way she can keep the pot stirred, thread the needle, all those metaphors. She is the absolute best at it. Watching her work is like watching Jordan go for a layup: Far above the outstretched arms of opponents who watch helplessly as the ball swishes through the net yet again. She rightly is focused on 2014, but already dangles the bait in front of potential opponents ever so artfully, driving them nuts. God bless her. I am so profoundly grateful that she is on our side. As I post this the comment section at Breitbart is almost 1500, all during the "graveyard shift". Be afraid, Statists. Be very afraid.

    John 14

6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time?Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The
words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the
Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at
least believe on the evidence of the works themselves.

12Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been
doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am
    going to the Father.

13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

….what empowering verses of scripture, spoken by the Lord…

I posted it here last night after Chuck Jr. posted it on Facebook. I tell ya, the Heaths and Palins have felted the iron fist of the gov’t more than any other US family I can think of in recent years. A Governor’s family harassed to no end!

"Smack-down: CNN’s Jake Tapper finds out the hard way not to insult ‘Lone Survivor’ Marcus Luttrell."

LOL. This is how a REAL man does it. Go Marcus.

    • palin45potus

Ironically, the reason for Tapper’s apparent unease with the mission in Afghanistan is probably due to the criminal incompetence of the entire war effort since Obama took charge.

As I read the news, it seems to me that our troops are being used as a security force for a Drug Lord. It makes me sick to think that they put their lives on the line for such lowlifes.

And of course, we know from the Gates book that Hillary’s famous questioning of General Petreaus’ integrity when he was called to testify regarding the surge was strictly politics. Both Hillary and Obama were perfectly happy to turn Iraq over to the jihadis. Which means that all those soldiers who sacrificed to free the Iraqi people from Saddam Hussein were betrayed.

      • TheresaAK

While true, the incompetence of obama, I think Tapper’s "apparent unease" was more of a Leftest talking point ….

On the one hand, they have always made Afghanistan "obama’s good war" but on the other hand, when deaths are involved, it’s Bush’s fault…

see where I’m going with this?

        • socon

Why pose the question to Marcus Luttrell? Hasn’t he been through enough for our country?

Tapper’s smug sometimes. Bet Marcus wanted to knock Tapper’s smugness off his face. lol

        • palin45potus

          Yeah, I see.

I am becoming very uncomfortable with our continued presence in Afghanistan.

I think I’d be happiest to see them withdrawn. We have done all we can for them. I wish them luck. I do not want another soldier injured or killed there, given the complete lack of any perceptible American interests.

          • socon

I’ve been uncomfortable with our interminable wars for years. Just leave Luttrell alone is my point.

            • palin45potus

Yeah, that’s a completely fair point.

BTW- He’s a true hero in my eyes. I’m glad this movie has been made.

              • socon

I understand. I feel protective of our warriors.

                • palin45potus

                  I do too.

And I want them out of all these wastelands.

As well as the countries such as Germany, Japan and S Korea who are fully capable of defending themselves.

For one thing, if they are imagining that they can trust Obama to defend them, they are badly mistaken and in need of a wake-up call.

      • socon

What did Tapper expect Marcus to say? Good for Luttrell.

    • TheresaAK

      Excerpt"
"“We spend our whole lives training to defending this country,
and then we were sent over there by this country,” Luttrell said. “So
you’re telling me because we were over there doing what we were told by
our country, that it was senseless? And my guys, what? They died for
      nothing?”"

      • socon

    • AZStandingBy

It is just like any dangerous profession. Is it worth a firefighters life to rush into the house? Was it worth the life of a cop with 2 kids to get shot by some loser gang banger? Was it worth my uncle dying in Vietnam and never getting to see his kids grow up? On a person to person level, you might say no, but you cant look at it that way. The price that one person at a time pays for freedom and a civil society is not senseless.

      • palin45potus

Which is why it is so vitally important that the country is led by men and women with integrity.

Since no one has a crystal ball, the only thing we can go by is a record that reflects wisdom, courage, etc.

Today’s Washington DC is in short supply of these traits.

As long as they or their family arn’t over there doing the dying, they are okay with a useless war.

      • lanahi

Afghanistan has nothing to do with our freedoms…it is a political war with no meaning and no winning. No, it is not worth the blood of our sons.

        • AZStandingBy

So retaliation for 9-11 was not worth it? It was, the problem was, like most wars, we dont know how or when to leave. We had every right and obligation to retaliate for 9-11 and we knew exactly where that had to take place. Osama got away for a little while, but we still got him.

          • lanahi

Goodness, 9/11 happened in 2001. Why are we in Afghanistan in 2014? And we got Osama with one military action involving no other civilian or military deaths. Why are our soldiers still dying in Afghanistan?

It has nothing to do with 9/11 now, and it has nothing to do with our freedoms. It hasn’t anything to do with anything, as far as I can tell.

The leaders of Afghanistan don’t even want us there any longer. And instead of being able to fight a war to win, we are pampering our enemies and hindering our soldiers from fighting because of ridiculous rules of engagement.

            http://voices.yahoo.com/sarah-palin-refines-foreign-policy-doctrine-five-8415993.html
Palin’s 5 point foreign policy: Where does the Afghanistan war fit into these common sense objectives? This war violates every single one of these principles:

"First, we should only commit our forces when clear and vital American interests are at stake, period.

"Second, if we have to fight, we fight to win. To do that we use overwhelming force. We only send our troops into war with the objective to defeat the
enemy as quickly as possible. We do not send our military and stretch out the mission with an open-ended and ill-defined mission. Nation-building, a nice idea in theory, but it’s not the main purpose of
our armed forces. We use our military to win wars.

"And third,we must have clearly defined goals and objectives before sending our troops into harm’s way. If you can’t explain the mission to the American
people clearly, concisely, then our sons and daughters should not be sent to battle. Period.

"Fourth, American soldiers must never be put under foreign command. We will fight side by side by our
allies, but American soldiers must remain under the care and command of the American officers.

"And fifth, sending our armed forces should be the last resort. We don’t go looking for dragons to
slay. However, we will encourage the forces of freedom around the world who are sincerely fighting for the empowerment of the individual."

            • AZStandingBy

you just said the same thing i did but you took much longer to do it. i said our problem is not knowing when or how to leave. so we agree

            • socon

Wow! Someome’s got the grouchies today!

              Not you, homegirl. lol

      • socon

I disagree. Firefighters and cops aren’t deployed overseas for years in war zones.

        Apples and oranges.

        • AZStandingBy

No, but they put their lives on the line every day to promote a civil society and /or freedoms. What difference does it make where they do it. WHat difference does it make where they get killed. They are killed in the line of duty to their country or city or county. Not everyone chooses to do that for a living. Why do you think Mark Levin honors fire fighters and cops and military right along side each other as people we should salute.

          • socon

It’s absurd to say the hardships are the same for the military and fire fighters.

            Absurd.

            • AZStandingBy

Well, you are talking about a whole different subject not at all related to the point I was making, so … moving on

              • socon

Thank you. Don’t know why you commented on my post in the first place.

                What’s the point?

                • AZStandingBy

You posted the Tapper interview and implied that Tapper insulted Luttrell and his buddies that got killed "senselessly". Which he clearly did so I was backing up the point.

Did you not realize that is what you posted? Military getting killed is never senseless even if the mission is not successful.

                  • socon

How do you know what I "implied?" You have soooper dooooper ESP you have added to your many and myriad blogging talents now?

My point was clear; if you don’t have the cognitive ability to discern it I am not surprised.

                    • AZStandingBy

"Smack-down: CNN’s Jake Tapper finds out the hard way not to insult ‘Lone Survivor’ Marcus Luttrell."

You posted that headline in case you have lost your memory. The headline says "insult" The HEADLINE says Tapper INSULTED Luttrell.

And I get sick and tired of people saying that death in military service or law enforcement or firefighting is SENSELESS

                    • socon

You misread my post and got combative. When I pointed it out to you, you divert away from the obvious.
                      I understand your embarrassment.

                    • socon

You’re projecting again. I couldn’t care less what you think of me or my posts and I have been ridiculing you from the beginning.

You’re too dim-witted to know you’ve been humiliated. lol

I hope I typed it slow enough for you this time.

        • AZStandingBy

And no one gets deployed "for years". 1 year then home a year, 6 months then home a year. It varies. It is their chosen career after all.

          • socon

You’re full of it. Our military has been deployed multiple times over the last ten years.

Don’t you have something to do or somewhere to go?

            Anywhere? Please?

            • AZStandingBy

You are speaking to a blue star spouse, multiple times! Show some respect and read the posts and learn before you blather.

              • socon

All you do is blather. You know how to do little else.

You never show respect for others. It’s the only thing consistent about your unnecessarily combative posts.

                • AZStandingBy

                  God you are thick.
                  You posted the headline.
I AGREED with the headline that YOU posted.
Then YOU disagreed and posted the first combative comeback to me.

                  • socon

I’m plenty smart. I just don’t give a flying rip what you think and I find you to be a noxious irritant.

Is my point clear to you now or should I type more slowly for your limited faculties?

I wonder when the media will investigate the IRS harassing Chuck Heath?

    • AmazedOne1

I think he’d have to notify them, first. Get someone interested in the story. They don’t sit around reading C4P or his blog.

      • palin45potus

It was a rhetorical question. I was gonna follow it up with "when pigs fly".

Of course, if there is a rumor of an NFL player having heard gay-bashing in the locker-room, the media goes on full alert.

        Priorities!

        • AmazedOne1

Even with gay bashing in the locker room, the rumor still has to have gotten out. Since it looks like Chuck has been quiet, it’s hard for anyone to follow up.

          • AZStandingBy

Timing? Why would Chuck wait til now to say anything if it has been going on for years. If Sarah follows up on her brothers post, that will be significant because I cant imagine a family as private and self determined as the Heaths would go public with that info without consulting each other. And we will see if anyone cares or if we are so blind to tyranny that it only matters if it is your friend that is a victim. If it is only Sarah’s parents, oh well, no big deal.

            • palin45potus

              Timing.

Perhaps this is in response to the recent appointment of an Obama-ite as the investigator for the IRS harassment of the TEA Party. In other words, we already know what the report will say.

Maybe it’s his way of shining a spotlight on the malicious practices of the IRS in his own personal experience.

              I stand with Chuck Heath.

              • AZStandingBy

yep. Real American horror stories. As if they didnt already exist, but everyone knows Sarah.

    • AZStandingBy

I cant imagine they wouldnt be getting harrassed. And not just her parents, but the whole family. Im glad he finally said something because I always suspected that had to be happening.

      • palin45potus

Yeah, we can only imagine. She has both parties and all their goons aligned against her.

  • ProudAmerican247

For those that didn’t see this yet from Chuck Jr. ………

    Coincidence? You decide.

My father, who worked multiple jobs and faithfully and honestly paid his taxes for fifty years, had never heard a word from the IRS. In 2008, his daughter was tapped to run for vice president of the United States. Since that time, he has been, in his words "horribly harassed" six times by the agency. They’ve tried to dig up something on him but he’s always operated above board.

Government and politics are ugly. Kudos to the few that are trying to clean it up.

    • john norton

      …!!!-)

      • palin45potus

Hey John, have you got Steve Bannon on twitter? If so, perhaps a "heads-up" is in order.

On second thought, maybe we should trust the Heaths and Palins to handle it as they see fit.

        • john norton

OK i havnt since that oct 5th shakeup but changin now i will add him and monitor,…done… heres one to get ya started…LOLhttp://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2013/07/15/Rep-King-Andrew-Breitbart-Inspires-Us-All-Still

    • AmazedOne1

Since he and his wife both had really simple returns (teacher and school secretary), it would seem that it would be easy for them to show the documents (W-2s and mortgage payment receipts) and be done with it.

      • palin45potus

        "horribly harassed"

This sounds like something a little bigger than just digging up some old W-2 statements.

        • AmazedOne1

Well, unless one or the other of them had a small business on the side or intricate investments, there wouldn’t be much else on their return.

When my uncle was audited, he didn’t sleep for at least two weeks before the appointment. Why? Because he has a HUGE respect for authority. He hadn’t fudged anything on his return, his numbers were totally accurate, everything was verified via pay stubs and bank statements: there was nothing for him to stress about.

In fact, it turned out that they owed him money.

But, he would have used the term "horrible" just by the fact that he received those letters from them (and yeah, it took about four letters and then an appointment). It WAS a horrible experience for him because he was such an honest man (and for the whole family as we watched him).

      • colint

Mr. Heath would have earned income from SP’s Alaska and their book and perhaps other activities. His tax return may have become more complex. Based on other stories indicating use of the IRS against Obama opponents it is believable that auditing Mr Heath was not a random act. Presumably he now has an expert tax accountant involved. An expert opinion would be interesting.

        • AZStandingBy

          exactly

          • AmazedOne1

Or, income derived from working for SarahPAC. I’d like to know if others from SarahPAC have been targeted.

        • AmazedOne1

Duh. You’re right. Somehow, the date in the note made me think that was the time frame. Sorry!

Anyhow, yes, a tax expert should always be involved once a person’s return gets complicated by things like SP’s AK and their book. If they tried to do their return themselves after stuff like that (and he seems like the lovably independent sort who just might try that), then the IRS might have had to ask for more info.

Of course, once he became not only Sarah’s dad but also an outspoken supporter with a book tour and all, that would give Obama’s IRS reason to notice him.

        • Audrey_I

Operatives in the Obama Administration deliberately went after Mr. Heath. just as they did when Sarah returned to her job as governor following the presidential election.

Obama and his operatives are not nice people.

      • AZStandingBy

If I recall SarahPAC paid them for doing some mail stuff. I assume the harassment pertains to 2008 and newer, not old stuff.

        • AmazedOne1

You’re right — from then till now. Well, when SarahPAC first started and was getting in the hang of all the paperwork stuff, the FEC had to ask them to make changes on a few of their forms. So, maybe they made newbie sorts of mistakes in the forms they used in reporting his and his wife’s income. Or maybe he and his wife didn’t yet know how to report income properly. That would have caused the IRS to ask for updates.

          • lanahi

Oh, please, they know whether this is simple IRS auditing or being "horribly harassed". The same way they know that threats against their lives are not random but targeted. Her father sleeps with a gun under his pillow for a reason other than being paranoid.

        • happymullah

Must be those 1099′s. Payer sent to IRS but not sent copy to payee. Happened to me two years in row.

          • AZStandingBy

Yes and 1099 income means many times you need to estimate your income for the year and pay estimated taxes which can be tricky. Not saying this has anything to do with Heaths, just talking 1099 which used to be my salary base too.

            • AmazedOne1

So, as you said — timing. I wonder why he waited till now to bring it up.

            • happymullah

Especially when brokerage firm sent you 1099 only on amount of sales of stocks without the cost basis can be a nuisance.

          • AmazedOne1

See, that’s why I’m feeling like it could be just normal human error, especially since issuing 1099′s was new to SarahPAC and reporting them was new to the Heaths.

            • AZStandingBy

I sure hope issuing 1099s wasnt new to Tim Crawford. If it was, he certainly should not be the treasurer of a large political PAC.

So who knows what the definition of "horribly harassed" is. Like you said, even if you are innocent, just getting a letter from the IRS is nerve racking. See what happens when people fear the Govt?

              • AmazedOne1

Well, I don’t know about his experience with 1099s per se.

But, the year SarahPAC started, Crawford received two letters from the FEC that requested additional information.

In 2010-11 (the Heaths were first paid in 2011, and I haven’t looked farther to see other years because I truly have household stuff calling my name), it got 8 letters requesting further information.

2012 they only got one and 2013 only one. So, the paperwork has become more accurate as he gained experience with the process.

            • AZStandingBy

Chuck said they "They’ve tried to dig up something on him but he’s always operated above board."
So no errors were implied, just harassment. My take is that in 5 years they have found nothing but continue to try. That’s harassment

            • MaMcGriz

Your reasoning makes sense, but unfortunately I think in this case it is what it smells like: simple harassment and intimidation.

            • Audrey_I

It is not normal human error. The Obama Administration has used the IRS to go after their political enemies. It is documented that the IRS went after Tea Party Groups.

Operatives in the Obama Administration went after Sarah Palin when she returned to Alaska following the election. These operatives made it a living Hell for Governor Sarah Palin.

Now we have ObamaCare and the IRS having access to your health care records.

      • Ron Brown

Absolutely it should be easy. Who is Chuck Jr. trying to kid? Does he think we are all just a bunch of rubes? This is obviously a deliberate attempt to make our good government look bad. We know better. Our government’s only mission is to make our life a happy place. /s

        • AmazedOne1

That’s not at all what I was saying.

        • senator20526

Why doesn’t the IRS go after all the members of the White House staff, who owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes?

  • conservativemama

From what I’ve seen, I have to hand it to Mario Lopez of Extra. His interview was fun to watch and you have to love the karma question regarding Couric. He went there.
