The script had been formulated long before the first bullet of deranged shooter Jared Lee Loughner rang out just outside a Safeway in Tucson Arizona last week. The liberal wing of the Democratic Party, still gnashing their teeth over the rebuke against them in the November Midterm Elections, were desperate for a scapegoat.
