Sarah Palin is back with another gaffe. Yesterday, she offered some of her sagacious insight into American history when she told viewers during a television interview that, quote, the constitution is over 100 years old, unquote. Apparently she believes it was adopted some time in the 19th century, perhaps after the civil war.
