Just as there should not be redistribution of wealth, there should not be redistribution of health as well. It’s high time the Democrats realize this too.

Although the press deeply resents that Governor Palin refers to them as the lamestream media, they are more than deserving of that title. In fact, they should thank her for being so kind.

Forward focused leadership is needed, not fiscal myopia focused solely on political expediency. Governor Palin enacted such a vision in Alaska. She cut spending and put money into savings during good financial times, and she realizes that when times are not good cutting spending and addressing entitlements is needed to help keep America from driving off a fiscal cliff.

What we got was a speech that was excessively partisan, dramatically inaccurate and hopelessly inadequate to addressing our country’s pressing fiscal challenges. What we heard today was not fiscal leadership from our commander in chief

Well, what the tea party wants is for government to be smaller and smarter. So, you know, when you consider that we just saw an increase in government spending by about 28% and saw a little chip out of that to the tune of 1%, I would say that no, the tea party and Americans in general who are concerned about the fiscal health of our country did not get what they wanted.

Where is Mitt Romney? Where is Tim Pawlenty? Where is newt Gingrich? Where is all the rest of them? The only one who stepped up to the plate, is Sarah Palin. I mean she gave the most forceful positive comment on this.

To date, Governor Palin is the only major Republican considering a run for the 2012 GOP nomination who has endorsed the Ryan framework. The others have offered only bromides about the need for fiscal responsibility which have been as trite as they are vague, but nothing specific for fear of offending those who feed at the federal trough.
