When you don’t have the facts, as exciting as the news is, you just don’t run with it.

Let us not mince words. It’s pretty clear that Governor Palin, with her years of experience in running a business, close to 20 years of public service, and her vast experience in energy, is running for President of the United States. She will be participating in a lot of debates but the liberal biased Politico/NBC debate will not be one of them.

“If Palin runs, she wont focus on bringing in top donors & experienced operatives. That she’s not doing that isn’t a sign she won’t run.”

Well, now it appears that Thune has decided he can wait no longer, prompting him to pull the plug. I think we can draw two conclusions from this turn of events, First, Thune believes Governor Palin is running, and has wisely made his decision accordingly. Second, Kathleen Parker is one unhappy camper today.

This is idiotic, even for Smith. It’s hard to tell if Smith is really this dumb, or if it’s simply an aggressive missing of the point. Sorry, Benny (can I call you that?), this was a knock on Obama’s economic policies, much as you want to pretend otherwise, although the breastfeeding reference was a brilliant yet humorous way to expose the backasswards priorities of this administration.

It seems that Martin and his fellow travelers simply don’t know how to deal with a straight talking conservative who won’t put up with their BS, and feels no need to show respect where none is warranted. Either that or Johnny is still upset that Governor Palin had the, dare I say it, audacity to call him what he is: a punk.

Note to Politico: whether she comes in first place, last place, or any other place couldn’t be more inconsequential. Straw polls are meaningless. Indeed I doubt most people outside of the Romney braintrust and, apparently, Politico, are aware of or even care about this weekend’s shindig for New Hampshire pols. Why should they? It’s just a guess, but I suspect Governor Palin has less trivial activities on which to spend her time and other resources.

I’ve never considered the Politico blog to be anything more than a forum for Democrats to disseminate their talking points through the liberals that write there.

It’s not like they could find anything even more ridiculous to say about her, could they?

So say conservative activists Grover Norquist and Christopher Barron in a piece in today’s Politico of all places: Palin has made clear that she is thinking about running for president. Everyone, from pundits to former first ladies, has weighed in on what she should do. Many urge her not to run. But if she decides [...]

Jim VandeHei, who along with Mike Allen co-authored the latest hit piece in the Democrat blog, Politico, offers a hilarious explanation as to why these so-called journalists couldn’t come up with one named source for their tripe. Smitty over at The Other McCain has an interesting take on the latest hit piece based on gutless anonymous GOP sources at the Democrat blog, Politico: As a PsyOps piece, it’s brilliant. We’re treated to a stream of innuendo about halting the Mamma Grizzly coming from: 1.top Republicans 2.advisers to the main 2012 presidential contenders [...]

In the past week, two hit pieces have been written against Governor Palin. The first was the piece by Jonathan Martin that has been thoroughly debunked as “flat out lies” by practically every source he identified by name. This was followed yesterday by a second hit piece in the New York Daily News that, hilariously, [...]

OK, that Jonathan Martin is a lying scum isn’t exactly a news bulletin. Practically everyone whom the Politico clown named in his latest piece of fiction has accused him of being a liar (again, par for the course for Jonathan Martin). But still, there is something sublimely refreshing about a political leader who doesn’t beat [...]

Via Big Journalism In his piece today entitled “Sarah Palin is wreaking havoc on the campaign trail, GOP sources say,” Politico’s Jonathan Martin (who was tasked with the Republican Party beat for the website for the 2008 elections) falsely claims Sarah Palin backed out of a scheduled interview with talk-radio host Mark Levin: According to [...]

Shane Vander Hart at Caffeinated Thoughts reached out to the Chuck Grassley and Steve King campaigns today to ask them about assertions made by Jonathan Martin’s hit-piece in Politico today. Jonathan Martin, in a column today at the Politico, attempts to stir up controversy involving Governor Palin. A group in Iowa, The Iowa Family Policy Center, has decided to go through proper channels and contact Governor Palin’s agent, the Washington Speakers Bureau, to book her for an appearance on November 21: A conservative Iowa group’s [...]
