While Governor Palin’s words may have made Christie’s fans cranky, there is no question that she was correct in her analysis.

Palin is as masterly with language as Bush was not. She uses her unique way of speaking to devastating political effect. She has every confidence in her ability to reach her audience. Bush was reduced to half-apologizing for his stumbles. Palin owns them.

I wasn’t calling for any limit on free speech, and it’s a shame some folks tried to twist my comment in that way. I was simply pointing out the irony of an often selective interpretation of free speech rights.

It could cost as much as $7.5 million to repair damage protesters have done to the Capitol Building marble say officials in Madison. Fixing posters to the marble with tape and glue appears to have done the bulk of the damage.

So, if Governor Palin and her newest bosom buddy, Dingy Harry, “had their way”, First Amendment rights would be denied? Really? Phillips arrives at this asinine conclusion in the only way possible: by combining a vivid imagination with a convenient ”editing” of her tweet.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, or ANWR, could produce 1 million barrels a day by itself. At today’s $100 per barrel, ANWR’s 10.4 billion barrels of oil are worth over $1 trillion to the U.S. economy.

I have argued many times that Governor Palin’s well-known all-of-the-above approach to energy places her in a perfect position to capitalize on Obama’s “Carteresque” incompetence on this crucial issue should she run in 2012.

Jay Cost | Is Obama in Better Shape for 2012? My reaction is twofold: first, Obama looks no more or less beatable now than he did four months ago; second, he looks fairly vulnerable. Let’s look at each claim in turn. First, what has changed in the last four months? Is it the fundamentals? I’d [...]

While it’s certainly fair to infer from this news that Mike Huckabee has absolutely no intention to run for the presidency, I don’t think you can draw very many conclusions as to whether Governor Palin will run and when she will make an announcement.

Andrew Breitbart is an invaluable asset to the Commonsense Conservative cause. Righteous Indignation is a manual and call to action for awakened patriots who are too intelligent to believe the leftist media lies and distortions. I would love to know more. What I know is troubling enough. If you think about it, his perspective as growing up in Kenya with a Kenyan father and grandfather, their view of the Mau Mau Revolution in Kenya is very different than ours because he probably grew up hearing that the British were a bunch of imperialists who persecuted his grandfather.

Like the majority of Americans, I support the Defense of Marriage Act and find it appalling that the Obama administration decided not to defend this federal law which was enacted with broad bipartisan support and signed into law by a Democrat president.

If Sarah Palin…participate[s], this could break all records and could get to be really, really wide open and very interesting…What really intrigues me is I’ve seen the kinds of crowds that…Sarah Palin can draw, and we have not had these kinds of strong women candidates before. That’s another dimension that is kind of intriguing, I guess.
